Who we are
AP Interior Solutions LLC (“AP Interior Solutions”, “we”, “us”) is a Florida limited liability company providing kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting, drywall and flooring services in South Florida. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through apinteriorsolutions.com.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in and the description of your project. If you check the SMS opt-in box, we also record that you consented, the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to and the page you were on.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records the IP address, country and browser user agent of the request, and we store the page URL and referring site the form was submitted from so we know which page produced the inquiry.
Page counting. We count page visits ourselves so we can tell which pages are useful. We record the page address, the language, the country and whether the device is a phone or a computer, plus the website that linked you here — the site’s name only, never the full address you came from. To avoid counting one reader ten times, we store a scrambled value made from your network address and browser. It is one-way, it is re-scrambled with a new key every day, and it cannot be turned back into you or matched to you tomorrow. We do not store your network address or your browser details, and we set no cookie for this. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal we do not count the visit at all.
We use no advertising pixels and no third-party cookies, and we do not sell or share what we measure. The counting described above happens on our own server and the results never leave it.
One thing does load from outside our own site: Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare hosts this website, so every request already passes through them — the analytics script does not introduce a company that was not already involved. It sets no cookie and does not follow you to other sites. The interactive map further down is the only other outside service, and it is not contacted at all unless you press the button to load it.
What we keep in your browser. Five small values, none of which identify you. Three last until you clear them: your language choice (English or Spanish), how you first reached the site so we can credit the right source if you later send the form, and whether you dismissed the offer bar. Two last only while the tab is open and disappear when you close it: a random number that keeps your chat replies in the right conversation, and a second random number that ties together the pages of a single visit.
About that visit number. It lets us see that one visit read three pages before writing to us, which is how we learn which pages are worth keeping. It is not a cookie, we never send it to anyone, and because it is thrown away when you close the tab it cannot recognise you when you come back. It tells us what a visit looked like; it cannot tell us who you are.
How we use your information
To respond to your request, prepare and discuss your estimate, schedule visits and carry out work you hire us for; to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about that request; and to keep records required for our business, insurance and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing for other companies.
SMS / text messaging
Text messaging is optional. You are never required to agree to SMS in order to receive an estimate or hire us. If you opt in, we may text you about your estimate request, appointment scheduling and the progress of your project.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or calling (954) 553-4328. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that operate the website and our communications on our behalf, and only so they can perform that work: our website host and database provider (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider, our messaging provider (Twilio) when you have opted in to SMS, and the internal system we use to manage estimates and jobs.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. Beyond that, we do not share, rent or sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations. Records of SMS consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as we operate the messaging program, because carriers can require us to produce them.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to sales@apinteriorsolutions.com. You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Deleting your information may mean we cannot continue an estimate or a job in progress.
Security
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to the people who need it to run the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
